To keep you safe and give you the highest standard of care, every new client completes a Good Faith Exam before treatment. It sets up a proper provider-patient relationship and lets us review your health history, current medications and goals, so every treatment is safe and right for you.
It’s not a formality. It’s part of practicing safe, responsible, medically sound care for everyone who walks through the door.
